Zipper Sizing - Simplified

Zipper size is determined by the width of the teeth.

#3: Thin zipper, ideal for small accessories and inner pockets (3mm teeth).

#5: Standard size zipper for bags, fanny packs, and backpacks (5mm teeth).

Additional sizes:

• #8 and #10 are also available in metal and plastic zippers (thicker teeth).

Tips:

• Choose a zipper size that is appropriate for the material and weight of your bag.
• Thinner zippers are lighter, but less durable.
• Thicker zippers are more durable, but can also be heavier.
